Applications

Operation
After replacing the working device, it can also be used for lifting, pouring, installation, piling, ramming and pile pulling.
Notices:
1. Inspection should be carried out before operation to confirm that there are no obstacles and other personnel within the moving range of the boom and bucket, and the operation can be started only after sounding the alarm.
2. When digging grooves, the slopes and soil should be placed according to the requirements of safety technical disclosure, and it is strictly forbidden to dig under the fuselage.
3. When loading the truck, it should be carried out after the transport vehicle is stopped, the bucket should be lowered as much as possible, and the vehicle should not be smashed. It is strictly forbidden for the bucket to go over the top of the cab of the car.
4. When walking, the arm should be parallel to the crawler, and the slewing mechanism should be braked. The bucket should be 1m away from the ground. The walking gradient shall not exceed the maximum allowable gradient of the machine, drive downhill at a slow speed, and it is strictly forbidden to slide in neutral gear. Turning should not be too hasty, and padding should be reinforced when passing through soft ground.
5. Before the operator can leave the cab, the bucket must be dropped and the engine turned off.
6. Do not lift materials with buckets.
7. When abnormal operation is found, it should be stopped immediately, and the operation can be continued after troubleshooting.
8. When the tire skid steer loader is moving on a slope, the bucket should be turned to the side of the high slope.
9. When using a skid steer loader to demolish a structure, the operator should analyze the collapse direction of the structure, and leave a space for the structure to collapse between the skid steer loader cab and the demolished structure.
10. The skid steer loader parking site should be flat and solid, and the traveling mechanism must be braked when stopping.
